Heather has spent more than three decades building a career dedicated to serving clients and supporting wealth management teams. She began her career in 1994 with Merrill Lynch in San Francisco’s Global Markets office, where she supported institutional sales and middle markets operations. Since 2000, Heather has served as a Wealth Management Client Associate dedicated to high-net-worth clients and advisory teams.
Heather has been trained by the Ritz Carlton management team and prides herself on delivering white glove customer service to our clients.
Heather joined the Economos Group in 2010 and now serves as Director of Client Relations at Economos Private Wealth. She plays an integral role in overseeing the client service experience and is committed to providing the responsive, personalized and detail-oriented service that clients value. Heather takes pride in knowing her clients, anticipating their needs and creating a seamless experience throughout their relationship with the firm.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco. In her free time, Heather can be found volunteering for Contra Costa Humane Society and Contra Costa Animal Services. Occasionally, Heather and her husband, Rob, foster dogs from CCAS. Heather and Rob also enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants and wine tasting.
